Established in 1988, Insolite is comprised of a permanent staff of highly experienced, professionals focused on the organization and operation of incentive programs, team building activities,  conferences, meetings, congresses in Normandy, Brittany as well as in Paris and throughout France.

Our clients are domestic as well as foreign companies with groups of 20 to over 500 people.
Insolite offers to its foreign partners - Travel agencies, Incentive houses… - a comprehensive range of services. Here’s what we do:
·       Plan and manage meetings, incentive travel programs and special events such as award dinners, grand openings, seminars, etc.
·       Research, select and inspect program venues, team building activities and events
·       Negotiate costs such as transportation fares, room rates, ground transfers, equipment rental, activities, entertainment, food and beverage.
·       Handle travel and related arrangements and special requests for pre- or post-trip stays.
·       Plan food and beverage requirements, arrange entertainment, plan and schedule activities and select and purchase event-related materials.


We have no inventory of ready-made packages to sell. Instead, we work with you to develop customized solutions that meet your clients’ needs. And we promise that from start to finish, your program is handled personally by a member of our team who is both accessible and accountable to you.
